江苏省南通大学美术与设计学院院长，教授，硕士生导师，中华人民共和国教育部高校高职高专艺术设计教学指导委员会委员，中国美术家协会会员，江苏省国画院特聘画师，江苏省高校艺术教育研究委员会理事，南通市美术家协会副主席，政协南通市第九届委员第十届常委。1982年6月毕业于南京艺术学院工笔人物画专业，获文学学士学位。1991年2月结业于南京艺术学院美术系中国画研究生班。1996年8月结业于中央美术学院美术史系理论研究生班。从事中国画创作实践与理论研究，兼及装饰绘画研究。主要学术活动：2009年二月十日至二十八日于常熟美术馆举办《吴耀华中国画展》2008年系列中国画作品参加“水墨精神”中国画提名展。2007年系列中国画作品参加黑龙江省美协《状态•；距离，南北中国画名家作品交流展》。2006年中国画《风动荷花满园香》参加《第三届中国美术家协会会员中国画精品展》并被收藏。2005年创作中国画《这里的黎明静悄悄》变体稿，入选中国美术馆《纪念反法西斯战争胜利六十周年国际画展》。2004年作品《园丁集》参加文化部、中国美术家协会举办的第十届全国美术作品展览，获江苏省美术家协会优秀作品奖。中国画《春园》参加由江苏省文化厅、江苏省美术家协会 “现代•；都市水墨画展”并获优秀奖。2003年中国画《绿雾》参加江苏省文化厅“七彩•；江苏省中国画大展”。并赴欧洲五国考察。2001年元旦举办个人中国画展，作品赴日本参加中日第五回水墨交流展览。2000年中国画《清夏》参加国土资源部•；中国美协 “民族魂国土情全国书画大奖赛”。1999年作品参加中国文化部•；中国美协第九届全国美术作品展，获江苏省优秀作品奖。1998年中国画《初秋》参加江苏省文化厅首届江苏省美术节。1996年中国画《山光》参加江苏省美术家协会《96•；江苏省青年美展》。1995年中国画作品参加汉城国际青年美术作品展。1991年中国画作品《这里的黎明静悄悄》获江苏建党七十周年优秀作品奖1988年中国画《露气》江苏省美术家协会《江苏省花鸟画展览》优秀奖；1984年中国画作品《建设者与领导者》参加中国美协《全国职工美术作品展览》。 1980年中国画作品《希望》参加南京广州青年美展。主要著述在《美术研究》、《东南文化》、《艺术百家》、《晋阳学刊》等核心学术刊物发表学术论文四十余篇，为出版部门创作作品逾千幅。在人民美术出版社出版《现代装饰线描集》与理论专著《中国画形式语言》，全国发行，于辽宁美术出版社出版《吴耀华中国画作品集》，于河北美术出版社出版《吴耀华写意兰花、荷花》，编著二部，业绩入《世界美术家传》等辞典。通讯地址： 中国江苏省南通市外环东路999号南通大学美术与设计学院，邮编：226007办公室电话：0513－85015697手机：13861901186 E-mail：wyh59@126.comhttp:// wyh.ntu.edu.cnResume of the AuthorProfessor Wu Yaohua， Han nationality， was born in his ancestral home Nantong City in February， 1959.Prof. Wu works in Jiangsu Province Nantong University as Dean of School of Fine Arts and Design.His academic interests mainly focus on the study and creating of traditional Chinese paintings， and he is also an expert scholar on the study of decorative paintings.Prof. Wu is tutor of MA students， committeeman of Supervising Committee of College Artistic Design Education responsible to the National Ministry of Education.He is also academician of Chinese Artists’ Association， invited artist in Academy of Traditional Chinese Paintings in Jiangsu Province， executive member of the Study Committee of College Art Education in Jiangsu Province， vice Chairman of Nantong Artists’ Association and standing committee of the 10th People’s Political Consultative Conference of Nantong City.Prof. Wu’s educational background is listed as following:Completed a graduate student course in China Central Academy of Fine arts in August 1996， majored in the study of fine arts history.Completed a graduate student course in Nanjing Art Institute in February 1991， majored in traditional Chinese painting.Graduated and got a Bachelor’s Degree in Nanjing Art Institute in June 1982， majored in meticulous figure painting.His main academic achievements include:More than 40 academic pape
