何洪波

中南大学湘雅医院骨病专科教授

  何洪波,主任医师,医学博士,硕士生导师,湖南省骨病骨肿瘤学科带头人,中南大学湘雅医院手术学教研室主任。兼任中华医学会骨科分会骨肿瘤学组全国委员;中国医师协会骨科医师分会骨肿瘤工作组全国委员;中国抗癌学会肉瘤专家委员会全国委员;中国临床肿瘤学会肉瘤专家委员会全国常委;中国医疗保健国际交流促进会骨科疾病防治专业委员会委员;湖南省康复医学会骨质疏松专业委员会主任委员、湖南省医学会骨科专业委员会骨肿瘤学组副组长等职务。专精于骨肿瘤及疑难骨病的诊疗多年,擅长原发性恶性骨与软组织肿瘤的保肢治疗、复发性骨与软组织肿瘤的综合治疗。曾作为高级访问学者赴德国Endo-Klinic医院、美国EMORY大学等世界著名骨与软组织肿瘤中心交流学习。开展及引进20余项世界先进骨肿瘤及骨病诊疗技术,建立严格骨与软组织恶性肿瘤诊疗及随访机制,疗效居全国先进水平。多项技术大大提升我省骨与软组织肿瘤的诊疗水平:省内率先开展多种个体化骨肉瘤保肢技术,使骨肉瘤患者保肢率和5年生存率达到国内先进水平;省内率先制定良性骨肿瘤的阶梯化治疗方案,在确保疗效的同时避免了过度治疗;省内率先引入预防性内固定及微波治疗等多学科联合治疗理念与技术开展骨转移癌的个性化外科治疗,明显提高了骨转移癌患者的生存质量;省内率先引入间室切除理念,同时将术前或术后放疗严格应用于巨大软组织肉瘤的治疗,明显降低了复发率。每年完成骨与软组织肿瘤年手术500余台,其他疑难骨病手术100余台,疗效优良。多项专业工作获得认可:先后主持国家、省部级科研课题5项,发表论文30余篇,参编专著3部,获批国家专利5项,获省部级医疗科技成果奖3项。Dr. Hongbo He, M.D., Chief physician, Master supervisor. Specialty: Comprehensive treatment of malignant bone tumor, soft tissue sarcoma, difficult bone disease, deformity of bone and joint, infection of bone and joint. Dr. He is serving as a member of the Osteooncology group of the Orthopaedic Committee of the Chinese Medical Association, a member of the Osteooncology working group of the Orthopaedic Committee of the Chinese Medical Doctor Association, a member of the National Committee of Sarcomas of China Anti-Cancer Association,a member of the Sarcoma Expert Committee of Chinese society of Clinical Oncology, a member of the Orthopaedic disease prevention and Control Professional Committee of the International Exchange Promotion Association of Chinese Medical Care. He is the chairman of the Osteoporosis Committee of Hunan Rehabilitation Medical Association and the vice leader of the bone oncology group of the orthopedics Committee of Hunan Medical Association. Specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of bone tumors and difficult bone diseases for many years, Dr. He is good at limb salvage treatment of primary malignant bone and soft tissue tumors, and comprehensive treatment of recurrent bone and soft tissue tumors. As a senior visiting scholar, he went to Endo Klinic hospital in Germany, Emory University in the United States and other world-famous bone and soft tissue tumor centers for exchange and study. With his help, more than 20 world advanced technologies for diagnosis and treatment of bone tumors and osteopathy were developed and introduced, and a strict diagnosis and treatment and follow-up mechanism for bone and soft tissue malignant tumors was established, with the curative effect ranking the national advanced level. A number of technologies have greatly improved the diagnosis and treatment level of bone and soft tissue tumors in our province: Taking the lead in developing a variety of individualized limb saving technologies for osteosarcoma patients, making the limb saving rate and 5-year survival rate of osteosarcoma patients reach the advanced level in China; taking the lead in formulating a ladder treatment plan for benign bone tumors in our province, avoiding over treatment while ensuring the curative effect; taking the lead in introducing preventive internal fixation and microwave treatment and other multi-disciplinary combined treatment concept and technology to carry out personalized surgical treatment of bone metastasis cancer, significantly improving the quality of life of patients with bone metastasis cancer; taking the lead in introducing the idea of compartment resection, and at the same time, preoperative or postoperative radiotherapy was strictly applied to the treatment of giant soft tissue sarcoma, significantly reducing the recurrence rate. Each year, more than 500 operations are completed for bone and soft tissue tumors, and more than 100 operations for other difficult bone diseases, with excellent results. A number of professional work has been recognized: successively presided over 5 national/provincial and ministerial level scientific research projects, published more than 30 papers, participated in 3 monographs, approved 5 national patents, and won 3 provincial and ministerial level medical science and technology achievement awards.
