Pediatric rheumatic diseases (the connective tissue diseases， the autoimmune diseases); 2. Pediatric allergic diseases; 3. Immunodeficiency diseases in children. Including purpura and purpura nephritis， systemic lupus erythematosus in children and lupus nephritis， rheumatic diseases， juvenile rheumatoid arthritis， vasculitis syndrome (including Kawasaki disease)， juvenile ankylosing spondylitis， dermatomyositis， scleroderma， Behcet's disease， erythema multiforme， refractory nettle， drug rash， food allergies，allergic rhinitis， asthma，allergic cough， the other allergic diseases ，the primary and secondary immunodeficiency disease. As a result of long-term investigation of children with fever， we have the clinic procedure for long fever children cases，which is accumulation of a certain clinical experience.
