林涨源，男，医学博士，创伤骨科主任，主任医师，硕士生导师。2015年10月——2016年1月在美国哈佛大学麻省总院担任AOfellow；2017年4月——2017年7月在英国爱丁堡皇家医院担任OTCfellow。现任中华医学会骨科学分会创伤学组委员；中华医学会骨科学分会青年委员会创伤学组委员；湖南省医学会骨科专业委员会委员；湖南省医学会骨科专业委员会创伤学组副组长。主要从事四肢骨与关节损伤及骨盆、髋臼损伤的诊断与治疗工作。近年来在骨盆、髋臼的诊治方面进行了许多临床研究，积累了一定的经验，包括骨盆骨折的微创治疗，Starr架复位通道螺钉固定技术；儿童及老年髋臼骨折的治疗，AR技术应用于骨盆髋臼骨折等。参与制定《中国骨折内固定术后感染诊断与治疗专家共识（2018版）》，承担省部级课题2项，在各种专业期刊和杂志上发表学术论文10余篇。Specialty Complex long bone and joint fractures， pelvic and acetabular fracturesDetailed introduction Zhangyuan， Lin， male， doctor of medicine， director of trauma orthopedics， chief physician， master tutor. He is currently a member of the Orthopedic Trauma Group of the Chinese Medical Association Orthopaedics Branch， a member of the Orthopedic Trauma Group of the Youth Committee of the Chinese Medical Orthopaedics Branch， and also a member of the Orthopedics Committee of the Hunan Medical Association. Mainly engaged in the diagnosis and treatment of limb bone and joint injuries ， pelvic and acetabular injuries. In recent years， many clinical studies have been performed in the diagnosis and treatment of pelvis and acetabulum. He has rich experience in orthopaedic trauma， especially related to minimally invasive treatment of pelvic fractures， Starr frame reduction and channel screw fixation technology; treatment of acetabular fractures in children and the elderly， AR technology applications for pelvic and acetabular fractures. He participated in the formulation of the "Expert Consensus on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Infection after Fracture Internal Fixation in China (2018 Edition)"， undertook 2 provincial projects， and published more than 10 academic papers in various professional journals and magazines.
