罗伟，医学博士，副主任医师，副教授，硕士生导师。毕业于北京大学。先后赴世界著名骨科中心——美国RUSH大学医学中心、美国匹兹堡大学国际医学中心、新加坡国立大学访问学习。擅长原发性骨肿瘤、软组织肿瘤的个体化、规范化、综合化治疗方面，尤其是青少年儿童原发性恶性骨肿瘤的保肢治疗、肉瘤的手术治疗及靶向治疗。在骨与关节感染、骨关节结核、骨质疏松症诊疗方面有丰富的经验。荣获中南大学湘雅医院“青年岗位能手”、中南大学湘雅医院“十佳青年”、中南大学第八届“三十佳”教师等荣誉称号。兼任中国抗癌协会肉瘤专业委员会全国委员、中国抗癌协会肉瘤专业委员会化放疗学组委员、中华医学会骨科青委会肿瘤学组委员、中华医学会骨科专业委员会骨肿瘤学组青年委员、湖南省抗癌协会肉瘤专业委员会委员、湖南省康复医学会骨质疏松专业委员会委员、秘书。近年来，在骨肿瘤骨病领域获医疗新技术奖5项。主持及参与国家自然科学基金5项，主持省部级等课题5项。发表论文四十余篇，其中第一作者/通讯作者SCI论文20篇。以第一发明人获批国家专利11项，其中国家发明专利4项。主编骨科学专著2部。Dr. Wei Luo， M.D.， Associate chief physician， Associate professor of medicine， Master supervisor. He is good at individualized， standardized and comprehensive treatment of primary bone tumor and soft tissue tumor， especially limb salvage treatment， surgical treatment of sarcoma and targeted treatment of primary malignant bone tumor in children and adolescents. He has rich experience in diagnosis and treatment of bone and joint infection， bone and joint tuberculosis and osteoporosis. Dr. Luo has successively won the honorary titles of "Young post expert" of Xiangya Hospital of Central South University， "Top 10 youth" of Xiangya Hospital of Central South University， and the Eighth "Top 30" teachers of Central South University. With professional clinical experience， Professor Luo is serving as a member of the National Committee of Sarcomas of China Anti-Cancer Association， a member of the Chemoradiotherapy group of Sarcomas of China Anti-Cancer Association， a member of the Oncology group of the Youth Committee of Orthopedics of Chinese Medical Association， a young member of the Osteooncology group of the Orthopedics Committee of Chinese Medical Association， a member of the Sarcomas Committee of Hunan Anti-Cancer Association， and a member of the Osteoporosis Committee of Hunan Rehabilitation Medical Association. In recent years， Dr. Luo has won 5 new medical technology awards in the field of bone tumor， presided over and participated in 5 NSFC projects and 5 provincial and ministerial level projects. More than 40 papers have been published， including 20 SCI papers by the first author / corresponding author. 11 national patents were approved as the first inventor， including 4 national invention patents.
